We are committed to protecting user privacy. The App is designed to process media locally on the user's device whenever possible.
2. Information We Access
The App may request access to the following device data, depending on the features you use:
- Photos and videos in your photo library
- Screenshots and screen recordings in your photo library
- Live Photos and media metadata, such as creation date, media type, and estimated file size
- Media selected by the user for private vault features
The App uses this access only to provide album organization, photo timeline, screenshot review, media preview, and private vault features.
3. Photo Library Access
The App may request permission to access your photo library.
If you grant Full Access, the App can review your accessible photo library to build timelines and media groups.
If you grant Limited Access, the App only processes the photos and videos you selected through iOS permissions.
If you deny access, the App will not scan or process your photo library.
4. Local Processing
The App may analyze screenshots and media locally on your device to generate labels such as Chat, Receipt, App, or Other. These labels are used to help you organize and review screenshots.
The App does not upload your photos, videos, screenshots, or private vault items to our servers.
The App does not identify people by name or perform identity recognition.
5. Private Vault
The private vault feature is intended to help users organize selected media in a private local space.
Media moved into the private vault is stored locally on your device, depending on the technical implementation of the App. We do not upload private vault media to our servers.
You are responsible for managing, backing up, and deleting your local media.
6. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect or upload:
- Your photos
- Your videos
- Your screenshots
- Your private vault media
- OCR text from screenshots
- Face identity information
- Contact lists
- Calendar events
- Precise location data
If a future version adds analytics, advertising, cloud sync, account login, or subscription services, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or at the time those features are released.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
Version 1.0 of the App does not require an account and is designed to operate without uploading user media.
If we use diagnostics or crash reporting tools, they may collect technical information such as device model, app version, operating system version, crash logs, and general usage diagnostics. This information is used only to improve app stability and performance and does not include your photos, videos, screenshots, or private vault media.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple system frameworks to provide photo library access, media browsing, local image analysis, and permission controls.
If any third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or subscription SDKs are added in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe what data is collected and how it is used.
9. Data Retention
Media analysis results, labels, cache files, and private vault records may be stored locally on your device to provide app functionality.
You may delete this local data by removing media from the App, clearing app data where available, or uninstalling the App.

10. User Control
You can control photo library access at any time through iOS Settings.
You may:
- Grant Full Access
- Grant Limited Access
- Change selected photos
- Revoke photo library access
- Delete local app data by uninstalling the App
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Users should keep their device protected with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
