[PhotoNest - Album Manager] is a local photo album management app. It helps users organize photos, videos, screenshots, screen recordings, Live Photos, and selected private media through features such as Photo Timeline, Screenshot Inbox, Month Capsule, and Private Vault.

2. Local Media Management

The App provides tools for reviewing, organizing, previewing, moving, and deleting local media. You are responsible for reviewing all media before making changes.

The App does not guarantee that any action will free a specific amount of storage space. Actual storage changes may depend on iOS system behavior, Recently Deleted albums, iCloud Photos settings, and other device conditions.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

- Reviewing selected media before deleting or moving it

- Backing up important photos, videos, and files

- Managing iCloud Photos or other backup services

- Keeping your device secure

- Ensuring that you have the rights to manage the media on your device

4. Deletion and System Confirmation

When the App provides a delete or review action, iOS may require system confirmation before media is deleted. The App cannot bypass iOS system confirmation.

Deleted media may remain in the iOS Recently Deleted album or in iCloud depending on your device settings. You are responsible for checking your device and iCloud settings.

5. Private Vault

The Private Vault feature is intended to help users organize selected private media locally.

You are responsible for remembering any passcode or authentication method used to protect private content. If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose local data, private vault content may become unavailable unless you have a separate backup.

6. No Cloud Backup Guarantee

Unless explicitly stated in the App, the App does not provide cloud backup for your photos, videos, screenshots, or private vault items.

You should maintain your own backups for important media.

7. No Professional Advice

The App is provided for personal media organization only. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App:

- For illegal purposes

- To violate the rights of others

- To attempt to access data that does not belong to you

- To reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App

- To interfere with the App's normal operation

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, branding, text, and software, is owned by PhoneNest Apps Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without permission.

10. App Availability
